2020 😷 : Things to Do

These past few months I have been keeping busy working from home, studying for an online exam and completing an assignment; while at home I have been trying to keep up with some exercise too.

I've come up with a list of recommendations that could be helpful for most of us spending time at home:

  • Watch some Netflix or Disney+
  • Get some steps in- 10k steps could be good milestone to get to. You can spend some time outside in the fresh air or walk indoors, your choice (remember to keep your distance and wear a face mask if possible)
  • Have a routine going- it can be beneficial as it can be easy to get into a bit of a slump
  • Read a book
  • Draw pictures
  • Treat yourself with something nice
  • Enjoy summer, especially if you are on holiday!

If you aren't working at the moment or are on holiday, it could be good opportunity to do something you've wanted to do for a while now that you might have more time for it.

What have you been doing to get you through these difficult times of lockdown and social distancing?
Lastly in this post, I want to say a huge thank you to all the key and NHS workers who have been working tirelessly this year.

It might be that we can explore more of the UK than we would usually do!

  5. That's a good list you thought of during these unsettling times. I especially like the Netflix one. Sometimes I watch Gilmore Girls episodes on Netflix. I remember that scene from Home Alone, so funny and such a classic. Stay safe during this time, and thanks for visiting. : )

  9. I work from home all the time so thankfully the last few month haven't been too difficult for me, but I did waste way too much time on Netflix at the beginning x
